In order to maintain efficient relationships with our suppliers and fulfil services for our customers, we process data which may include company name, business contact name and title, phone number, business email and other contact details. We may also store your organisation’s billing address, financial account details and order details. All this data will have been collected either directly from you, or from your employer if they have a contract with us to provide, or be provided with, services.

We will use this data to contact you via email, letter or phone in relation to the activities we are engaged with you on and also to facilitate any payments.

We will not process any personal data that is not necessary to fulfil our contract with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

How long do you keep my data for?
We will process your personal data while your organisation is an active supplier or customer and keep it for as long as we need to in order to comply with any legal, tax or accounting obligation. When we no longer need to keep your personal data, we will delete it from our systems. If you provide us with additional information relating to a specific activity, we will only store your data for as long as necessary to fulfil that service to you.

How we manage the personal data used for marketing our services

What information do you collect and how do you use it?
In order to carry out direct marketing activities to those organisations that are not already customers, we will process data which may include company name, contact name and title, phone number and business email. We identify potential customers and contacts based on job role and interests and our lawful basis for this processing is the legitimate interests of our organisation. The personal data that we process may have been collected either directly from you, via public forums such as LinkedIn, or from a UK GDPR compliant 3rd party data broker.

We will use this data to contact you in relation to the services that we can offer that we believe you will have an interest in.

We will not process any personal data that we do not need in order to pursue our legitimate commercial interests as above.

What information do you collect and how do you use it?
In order to communicate with you about job roles within our organisation we will process your personal data including your full name, phone number, email address and other contact details that you provide, such as your home address. All the data that we process will have been collected either directly from you, or from an agency that you have engaged to assist you in looking for a job, or from online job sites or public forums such as LinkedIn.

We will use this data to contact you via email, letter or phone to discuss an application that you have made or in relation to a job role that we think you would be suitable for.
